For this primary bathroom remodel, we worked closely with The Warren, a Los Angeles–based design studio, collaborating not only throughout construction, but also in tandem on the design-build execution and overall build out of the space. Together, the project was approached with a focus on thoughtful detailing, functionality, and refined simplicity.

Defined by a restrained palette of natural materials and warm minimalism, the space balances clean architectural lines with custom craftsmanship. All millwork was fabricated and built entirely in-house, allowing for a highly tailored and cohesive result throughout the project. Soft natural light and carefully integrated detailing create a calm, spa-like atmosphere designed to feel both elevated and livable.

This project was a true collaboration between design and construction. A labor of love for both our team and our client.
